The Magic of the Cities.
Zen promotes the rediscovery of the obvious, which is so often lost in its familiarity and simplicity. It sees the miraculous in the common and magic in our everyday surroundings. When we are not rushed, and our minds are unclouded by conceptualizations, a veil will sometimes drop, introducing the viewer to a world unseen since childhood. ~ John Greer

Thanks for reminding us of Holy Thursday, so important in the Catholic Church. We have a Good Friday picture tomorrow. So humble, simple, and crude (but heartfelt!!!!) compared to your fabulous works of art.
Can't wait to see what you feature tomorrow.
Semana Santa here in Mazatlan is a bit crazy. The beaches are packed; some parts of town are busier than others, but I'm lucky enough to be a few blocks from the beach and away from the beach. Altho many gringos leave town to get away from the activity, I enjoy watching the families arrive en masse. Very little religious activity at the beach but I'm hoping that I catch all the ceremonies at the Cathedral. Your Virgin on your post is so much better to view than the Passion on the Cross!
Best wishes for a blessed Easter.
A very beautiful photo. Have a pleasant Easter.
I love this treatment, it's unusual and striking.
I haven't visited your blog since April the 1st. What a fantastic work you've made since then!
Nice photo, as usually:) Have a Happy and joyful Easter.
