The Magic of the Cities.

Zen promotes the rediscovery of the obvious, which is so often lost in its familiarity and simplicity. It sees the miraculous in the common and magic in our everyday surroundings. When we are not rushed, and our minds are unclouded by conceptualizations, a veil will sometimes drop, introducing the viewer to a world unseen since childhood. ~ John Greer

Statue in Central Park, New York commemorating Andersen and The Ugly Duckling

“Enjoy life. There's plenty of time to be dead.”

“Life is like a beautiful melody, only the lyrics are messed up.”

“Just living is not enough," said the butterfly, "one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.”

― Hans Christian Andersen

Very beautiful! I've seen a statue of him in his birthplace odense (Denmark) once. He is a great man in the history of literature. :-)

Many greetings from the Netherlands,
