The Magic of the Cities.

Zen promotes the rediscovery of the obvious, which is so often lost in its familiarity and simplicity. It sees the miraculous in the common and magic in our everyday surroundings. When we are not rushed, and our minds are unclouded by conceptualizations, a veil will sometimes drop, introducing the viewer to a world unseen since childhood. ~ John Greer

November 2016 Theme Day - Out of Focus

La Catrina Fest Parade

La Catrina was originally created by José Guadalupe Posada and later named and painted dressed up by Diego Rivera in one of his murals. It became an iconic figure in Mexican culture representing death and the way Mexicans face it.

The crude human animal is in eradicable superstitious, and there is every biological reason why they should be.
Take away his Christian god and saints, and he will worship something else...”
